Ballarat’s own Confetti Western return home to Volta for a night of chaos, noise, and glitter-soaked techno mayhem. Known for turning up dance floors, the four-piece – Coq Dior, Guttersnake, Saloon Dion, and Sheriff Cockeye – fuse rock, hard techno, pop, and hip-hop into a live experience that’s part rave, part theatre, and all sweat.

Fresh off performing at Dark Mofo and Mona Museum, Confetti Western have been making noise nationally with their singles “Cuck Chair” (featured as The Wild One on Rage) and “Daisies on Fire”. Their latest release, “ANGR,” is their hardest track to date – a techno-punk assault that channels The Prodigy’s raw energy, matched with a visually wild film clip directed by Ballarat’s own Max Deutscher. As one fan put it: “This song makes me want to punch my Dad.” With their debut album due early 2026, the band are in full flight – weird, loud, and unapologetically fun.

Joining them at Volta are Nasal Spray, Lettuce Prey, and Cosmonaut – three of Victoria’s finest acts bringing noise, punk, and sweat to match.
